If you are looking to take control of your cholesterol, we can help you. StepSpring provides solutions for managing your cholesterol levels by providing you with information, tracking tools, alerts and peer group support. You can track your physical activity, nutrition, medication, sleep and test results simply and easily, right from your iPhone. Best of all, you can set your goals or use a pre-defined set of goals and our tools help you follow through on them. If you use devices such as pedometers, you can easily have the data uploaded. Not only does the system ensure that you stay on track but it also keeps you engaged and motivated so that you stay in control of your health, both for yourself and for your loved ones. |
| What do I need to do next? |

All you need is an iPhone and access to the internet. If you don’t have an iPhone you can still use the system. Click on this link to sign up and get on the early registration list. As soon as the service is available, we will provide you with a beta account so that you can get started. |

We are targeting the beta release for this Christmas. |
| Do I need to enter a ton of my health information to get started? |
|
No. Our philosophy is to make you enter the minimum amount of data. We can pull data directly from devices such as pedometers and from lab systems (Quest Diagnostics) for you. Even our trackers are designed to keep data entry at a minimum. We believe that wellness is not about constantly measuring calories . It’s a commitment to a well-rounded approach that combines an active lifestyle, balanced nutrition, sleep and appropriate medication (in some cases). |

| Will my data be safe? |
|
We are hosting our service with one of the most reliable and secure providers in the country. The entire application including your data rests securely behind firewalls. All data sent to and from our servers is encrypted with 256-bit encryption. More importantly, you need not give us your name or any personally identifiable information such as your address or phone number in order to use our service. We simply need an email address with which to communicate with you to send you relevant information, alerts, etc. |
| Do you share my data with others? |
|
We do not share individual data with anyone. We do plan on sharing aggregate data with our partners in order to understand what is working and what is not. The aggregate data provides insights that will help us and our partners provide better services to you. |
